satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

No Refunds on customer orders.

You have 30 calendar days from the date you receive your item to request a

refund.

To be eligible, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received

it, and in its original packaging (if applicable).

Proof of purchase or order number is required.

2. Non-refundable Items

Certain types of items are non-refundable or partially refundable:

Personalized items are non-refundable.

Graphic tees that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery.

Sale items, unless they are defective or damaged.

Any item not in its original condition, is damaged, or missing parts for reasons not

due to our error.

3. Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately at [insert

contact email/phone] with photos of the issue. We will review the damage and, if

approved, either:

Send you a replacement at no additional cost; or

Once you request a refund and it is approved, we will initiate the refund to your

original method of payment.

Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take several days for the refund to

appear in your account.

If you received free shipping on the order, and the refund is for only part of the

order, the cost of the shipping may be deducted.

5. Shipping for Returns

You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning the item,

unless the return is due to our error (e.g. wrong item shipped, item damaged).

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

We do not offer direct exchange. If you wish for a different size, color, or design,

please return the original item according to the policy above, and place a new

order.
