theshirtshopjasper.com (“Site”) and the purchase of goods from The Shirt Shop. By

• The Shirt Shop is operated from Jasper, Alabama, United States. All transactions are
subject to applicable US and Alabama law.

• We try to be as accurate as possible regarding product descriptions, colors, pricing,
and availability. However, we cannot guarantee that the descriptions are error-free.

indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, or consequential damages resulting from

product(s) in question.

State of Alabama, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
• Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction
