Build a DTF Gang Sheet

DTF transfers will be printed on gang sheets that are 23 inches wide and range from 12 inches to 120 inches in length. Uploaded files can be full color or single color. These DTF transfers are printed on the highest quality hot or cold peel film using the highest quality ink on the market. 

DTF transfers are heat-applied transfers for dark or light garments of any fabric content. It’s important to use a HEAT PRESS to apply the transfers. An iron is not suitable. 

Turnaround time is usually same day Monday - Friday but may vary. You will receive an email once your gang sheet is ready for pick up.

DIRECTIONS FOR HEAT PRESSING 

COTTON - HEAVY PRESSURE

TEMP: 290-310 based on your heat press 

TIME: 12 seconds 

PEEL: Hot or Cold 

POST PRESS: 290-310 for 12 seconds with a Teflon or parchment cover sheet 

POLYESTER - MID TO HEAVY PRESSURE TO PREVENT BURNING OR SCORCHING 

TEMP: 275

TIME: 10 seconds 

PEEL: Hot or Cold

POST PRESS: 275 for 10 seconds using a Teflon or parchment cover sheet

 If using a clam shell, cold peel is recommended.
